FAQ:

1. How do you control the quality ? 

Regarding material purchase, we have 5 professional material supplier ,they all worked in this filed over 5 years. If the materials are not passed our standard,they will be returned.

Regarding product quality, when mass production, we have QC inspect all the production process, including welding /polishing /painting and packging. Before the loading,Our QC will recheck the quality and make Inspection Report. 

 2. Can you provide free sample ? 

For sample, we usually charge 2 times price, and the transport fee should be paid by buyer. But don't worry, we will return the price for sample when customer place order.

  3. What is your MOQ ?  And do the price related to the quantity ? 

For table, our MOQ is 50pcs each item. For chairs, our MOQ is 100pcs each item. For metal bed, our MOQ is 100pcs each item. 

  4. What Payment Term do you accept ? 

We usually accept and do TT, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance against copy of BL.

We also accept LC payment.

 5. If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what's the price?

If a order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL. If you don't know how to deal, we can quote you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port. You can receive your goods at the designated port.

 6. How about the after-sale service ? 

We will add 2%-3% spare parts in each order,to make sure customers have replaceable one when using. If any damage problem, please send us the picture. We will check it, if the damage is caused by us, we confirm will deal with it to make customer satisfied.
